As much as I think I'd prefer fat transfer when the time comes, I'm not sure if I'd have enough fat on my body to use. And also with how wide my frame is I may need to go for implants.
Which brings up another dilemma. With implants they can go above the muscle, below it and short of a half and half above and below. From what I understand people who are more active are suggested to use above muscle implants. Not sure if want above muscle implants just because I'm really active.
