Without going overboard on the cimetidine- because again, I'm not actually using it as an anti-androgen, I'm using it as an acid reducer- I'm trying to get reassurance/confirmation in my reading online that there's no difference (why would there be) between OTC and prescription formulations, save dosage, and confirm that I could crank the dosage up to say three times a day with the 200mg. Or not- right now the cimetidine hasn't kicked in against some wicked omeprazole 'why haven't you taken me?' revenge. If it continues, I'll be forced back to the PPI- but also in all this, in the back of my mind I keep thinking that if I'm fortunate, some time on the H2 antagonist might let me get off the PPI dragon-tail. Omeprazole, for those who haven't taken it, is like the nasal spray decongestant of heartburn medicine. Once you start using it, it's a right bitch to stop without suffering a while.
And again, since I'm using things that have a valid use other than trying to trigger breast growth, I've got some fennel supplements on the way for 'digestive health'. Hoping that helps also. In the light of that, the apple cider vinegar sounds like something I also want to try.
