Is there a recommendation on dose for the bio est 5.0 cream/location. Directions says 1 pump a day or more based on a physicians recommendations. Each pump is 5mg of E. 

Everything I've seen online for Rx strength topical gels suggest 2-4mg per day. I would assume that since this is over the counter that it is obviously not as strong as the Rx topical gels or patches. 

What is everyone else doing for dosage on the bio est 5.0 topical location? 

The dose is one pump per day, as in the instructions. 5mg is 5mg.
For Bi-Est 5.0 that is 4.0mg Estriol and 1.0mg Estradiol.

The scrotum is the most absorptive and effective area of application for overall feminization, but you can put it anywhere, preferably on thin skin.
