Is there a recommendation on dosage for the bio est 5.0 cream/location. Directions says 1 pump a day or more based on a physicians recommendations. Each pump is 5mg of E.
Everything I've seen online for Rx strength topical gels suggest 4-10mg per day. I would assume that since this is over the counter that it is obviously not as strong as the Rx topical gels or patches.
