Been trying to mimic the female cycle, by dropping my e levels and boosting my progesterone levels ( applying 2x daily on chest ) for the last 10 days. No clue if it helps, It's all just an experiment.
I think I gave myself PMS... Feeling kind of moody and definitely have some serious water retention going on. Put on 5 lbs the last week and my chest is heavy and nipples feel swollen. Will be wearing a bra on tonight's run.
