Yes I looked at the ingredients, and it doesn't say p.m but I'm not sure if the ingredients in it act in the same way and use the same path ways as p.m ( if that makes sense)
I know both Lara and lotus have mentioned about supporting HRT with nbe as well. But like everyone knows it's not an exact science. And I feel they were really far a long with their growth and transformation before they started HRT. So keeping nbe and hrt at the same time I would assume didn't have any negative effects or that it didn't interfere with the HRT or their labs to get them where their HRT doses needed to be.
We're as I am coming from a place of high testosterone levels which have been high for many years. In trying to reset my body back to normal (or what ever it's new normal will be) I also have not been using NBE for very long and have yet to see any growth. So I'm not sure if what they're doing is good for someone that is not as far along as them. It may be great for them and individuals who have been using NBE for awhile and have had good success and want more and decide to use hrt as well, or for those that have been on HRT and decided that a little extra supportive supplements couldn't hurt their transition. Again I'm not sure what the best route or advice would be for a beginner who has not been on nbe longer than a month max on p.m and only a week and half on Bo with no breast growth what so ever.
Not sure if I'm able to get what I'm thinking across accurately. Hopefully that makes sense.
But I guess if I am that worried about it I should get off everything and let my body do what ever it does naturally till I am able to get on HRT first and run that for 3-6 months before things become more permanent if hrt is continued to be used longer.
I know many people say that everyone transition is different. Some may take hormones for a month or so to see how they feel on them so may take them for longer and then stop and start up many times. And the last thing is want to do is mess up my bodies balance before I get to see an endocrinologist. But at the same time I don't want to not do anything at all either.
