I'd run this past Lara, as I know she supplements her HRT with low-dose BO. I believe Lotus recently made a positive mention of doing the same. BioLabs Bi-Est 5.0 is the recommended cream to use, though.
I'm one of the users who in the past got in trouble with combining BO with PM when I stupidly was taking both products at a max dosage. It put me in the hospital with a mini-stroke.
I then ceased both products for two months and then started back on PM at a much more reasonable and normal dose. That was 6-7 years ago.
