Well, I have figured out weight management on BO, it was really tough the first year and a half doing high protein shakes, I stopped those and have a higher protein diet on a Weight Watchers points program, and the pounds have been coming off revealing a somewhat feminine shape 
I hope your program is going well. I will warn you, it may be extremely difficult to stop BO, if you ever choose to, it's not addictive as far as I can tell, but it changes some of us in a way that's not just physical appearance but a better mental state of mind.
