I recently started nbe, but my wife got some cold feet when she saw how many pills I was taking. For now she’s wanting me to hold off on that, but she said she’d be on board with us getting a cream to try from Amazon. There are a bunch, though, and I assume most of them aren’t any good. So if you could pick just one to use with nothing else, which would it be?
