There are three core elements to NBE.
1. An anti-androgen, to suppress natural levels of testosterone, e.g. Finasteride (prescription), RR mushrooms, White Peony, etc.
2. A source of "estrogen", such as PM, FG or bio-identical hormones (e.g. Bi-Est 5.0 cream). I prefer bio-identical hormones.
3. Progesterone cream, such as Smokey Mountain Naturals "Progesto Life". To be started after budding for best results, or it can actually inhibit budding.
There is no need to take PM and Bi-Est together. That could be too much. For safety, I would not combine them because there is no need to.
