Have you tried regular stimulation of your nipples with your fingers?  Do you get pleasurable sensations in your prostate when you do?  I find the more often I stimulate my nipples the more sensitive they are. I have also found that progesterone cream seems to increase sensitivity.

I often stimulate my nipples and my penis responds, but the nipples themselves don't feel any pleasure.What medicine do you recommend?
