I am not sure what "a female breast pump" you have, so it's hard to tell the difference.
If you have a milk pump, like the one women use to express milk when lactating, then the Noogleberry is a completely different thing.
Milk pumps suck on the nipple. They are useful for breast growth as they create a lot of blood circulation in the area, and they may indeed make the nipple slightly larger (I've been toying with it for two years and my nipples haven't grown, though). From an earlier conversation I had on this forum, I found out that the hole in the funnels was too large for me, and I bought these flanges to improve the suction. Noogleberry has cups (domes) that encircle your whole breast and literally pull it out of your body using vacuum. The idea is to stretch the skin that would form your breast so the body can fill it up easily. I have seen many success cases with Noogleberry.
