Hi,
I've taken RR & Fin, but swapped out Fin for Dustateride due to it being more effective than Fin.
I found that Fin was OK, but on Duta I had a lot more hair regrowth and seemed to help with feminisation.
However, I was wary of the long-term effects of Duta (& Fin) so only took Duta for 12-m.
My research suggested that a combo of RR & Green tea was the best natural alternative, which I've been on for some months now.
Hard to say for certain, but hair regrowth is still happening, albeit to a lesser degree, but I'm happy with what RR & Green tea are doing in combination with HRT & BO in feminising my lower half.
