Well I've been using it for near on 3 months and.

Probably best you don't bother, it hasn't really done anything.

BUT

It is possible that by epilating or somehow otherwise exposing the follicle it might do something, I don't know. I just shaved every few days and then applied.
One thing it was good for (probably due to the alcohol) was it stopped any real rash or spots/razer rash from showing, so there's that I suppose. I'll continue using my last bottle until its gone, but I likely won't be getting any more.

I'd like to add to  this as I'm still using it. My under arm hair seems to have almost gone (or at least got a lot finer) 
There is a potential caveat though.
I don't know if the reduction is due to the tincture or to my HRT, I've been on Estrogen for the last 14  weeks which *might* be long enough to affect hair, I'm not sure. There again, girls get underarm hair too so I just don't know.

Perhaps it's worth a try after all.
