I have taken the capsules and open them and mix with coconut oil and little isopropyl alcohol apply a small amount and rub into my breast then wet my hands alittle and rub until it dries. Doesn't use to much ore it will not absorb into skin. Do this several times a day. Seems to be working. Taking it orally gave ne such stomach pains
