Update:

Might be my imagination, but my boobs feel sort of "denser" or heavier, and feels like they sit a bit differently on my chest than they used to before NBE, I think they're starting to sag a little bit
They occasional deep itches and aches are definitely not imagined though 
Still no nipple growth, I'm really considering starting pumping by now, I don't think my NBE regime is having any effect on them.
Getting really annoyed with my chest hair too, I wish I were in a situation where I could shave my chest fully, but that'd be really hard to explain...
