I tried "PM only" out of curiosity (because I'd read that it lets men grow breasts and could not believe it). Anyway: Taking only the RDA for post-menopausal women (one pill a day), I observed nothing, but some time after switching to two pills a day I started to feel my breasts budding, which I found immensely pleasurable. So PM seems not to be addictive, but that feeling could be.
