I dabbled in PM a couple times. But mostly pumping since 2007ish.

How often do you pump and for how long?

I pump on average 3 times a day for about and hour at maximum pressure. Meaning as high as I can without getting blisters.

ah, thank you, so my 30 minutes a day isn't enough....

I would up it to at least an hour or longer.
