Wow...I have the 1800ml which have 8 inch bases and I have trouble getting them to sit properly on my chest. 

But I also get friction bubbles from the 1500ml now so I have to slowly switch to the larger ones.

What size are you going up from? How are the new ones.?

I am actually alternating between the 210ml and the 300ml cups. I find the 210ml do not give as good of swelling since they are pointy cups and not an overall swelling.
