Hips: 42 (+4)
Upper Thigh: 23.5 (+2)
Ankle: 9 (-0.5)

Well.
I'm really happy with BP considering the weight gain over the last 5 months.
Weight wise, yes I'm trying to gain weight because subcutaneous fat softens angles and creates curves, but still not really female distribution
I'm likely being too optimistic as it's only been 5 months total, but still...
I spent a huge proportion of my life being slightly underweight, it wasn't until my late thirties that I put weight on so it's always a bit shocking for me when I realise I'm probably as my heaviest ever. I feel ok though, and being fairly tall I'm not looking terribly 'chunky'
Regime change - no change this time, just more of the same.
