I'd say from everything I've read and heard, it's prob too soon to tell. You'd have to wait till you get your blood results and see what your doctor suggests (assuming you're doing it under medical supervision)
You'll have alot of on off periods where you feel something, and then when you don't feel anything at all. I'm sure it's quite normal. But only real way to know for sure is blood tests which would determine if it's working or not.
