I am not sure what budding is, but I have had a good experience with BO, the only two side effects that are difficult is keeping weight off, which I started weight watchers withy wife and getting and maintaining an erection.
It is a long and slow process, I went from a 48 bust to a 51 bust in about 18 months, now my breasts are starting to take shape and since starting the topical my nipples and areolas seem to be more sensitive and firmer all the time.
HRT is a much faster process from what I have read on here.
