I believe the problem is extraction process solvent(s). I have seen a study which concludes that water or alcohol are not extracting certain phytoestrogens in Pueraria Mirifica tubers (often called "roots"). Very many people here have been disappointed with PM extracts, while good-quality natural powder seems to work well. Two brand names seem to be working well: Ainterol and Barlowe's. (There are some other said to be good brands, but I can't remember names of those).
Now I'm in a new program with PM (Extract root 10:1). I started in January 2024 with a 1000mg pill and during those 6 months I have increased to 3000mg.
....
I have used Ainterol PM powder, and have slow but steady growth. My current dosage has been 1500mg-2000mg. (I am also trying BO method, which I have on pause just now.)

Dear Teddy, thanks for your reply.
You are right with what you say, the problem is that I bought 5 bottles of that PM Extract and I don't want to waste the money. That's why I'm taking 3000 mg/day. I think I'll finish them in 2 months. The next purchase will be with Ainterol.
Anyway, knowing that they are extracts, how do I see my results after 6 months? When I switch to Anteriol, will the changes be bigger?
