Hello everyone!

My name is Tania and I am from Spain. I am 41 years old and I have suffered from gynomastia since I was little. I currently weigh 89 kg (I'm 185 cm tall).

I registered in 2018 with a first basic program with red clover. After two years, I left it due to the pandemic. In 2021 I started a second program with Pueraria Mirifica, with several interruptions until 2023 due to health problems.

Now I'm in a new program with PM (Extract root 10:1). I started in January 2024 with a 1000mg pill and during those 6 months I have increased to 3000mg.

My current program:

Pueraria Mirifica (Extract root 10:1): 3x1000mg (every 8h) = 3000mg/day
Reishi root (50% Polysaccharides): 1x1000mg (in the morning) = 1000mg/day
Female Complex: 1 pill (at midday) = 1 pill (see below *)
Evening Primrose Oil: 1x1000 mg (at night) = 1000mg/day
Massage: Progesterone cream: 1 massage 3 times/week

I attach current photos of my chest.

I've been on this program for 6 months. Don't my breasts be too small? I notice that they lack internal "solidity", what do you advise me to take so that they are more "filled"?
