I agree with Tomi66. 

For me, Estrogen and Progesterone creams were always easily absorbed, scrotally. 

How can one really improve on that? And... DMSO on my nuts? No thank you.

A little known or maybe widely known fact, a dab of DMSO on the penis with a cotton swab creats an instant erection. I learned that when I was in my early teens.

I just thought of that when you said you wouldn't put it on the scrotum, I don't think I would either.
