When the weather turns warm many men go around in tight t-shirts or tight-fitting polo shorts. I have been struck by how many men, especially middle-aged to older, have gynecomastia--as many as 50% I've read. So for many here their breasts could be part of that demographic. There's good money in medicalizaing gynecomastia, but it's not an abnormal condition.
