I will take a break from everything for 15 days while on holiday, so today it's the last pumping session.
This is how much I can fill the cups (XL, from NoogleBerry) at the max vacuum I can take. It hurts a bit when stretched this much, so this is the amount of pressure I hold before releasing to the new comfort point.
