A patient seemed to take PM and end up in ER with stomach ache but with more diagnosis and finding unexpected blood results, patient was questioned and patient revealed that they were taking PM. Abnormal levels of serum triglycerides 2,559 mg/dl (nl 40-150 mg/dL) and lipase 481U/L (nl 13-60 U/l) were detected.
Anyone who's had PM for a while and have done some blood work post that care to share theirĀ triglycerides andĀ lipase levels? I'd like to gather more info on this.
