The breast pain is just a sign that they are growing, have your breasts budded  in the past or is that the pain you are feeling now?

This is the first time of budding. I am becoming reconciled to the pain but it is sometimes quite sharp in bed.
On the other hand just massaging real breasts feels so good.
And they show through clothing.
