I used to take mine around 7am but I don't eat till 12.
I now take it around 4pm with a snack,
Having just read the back of the Ainterol bottle, it says 15 mins before breakfast and at bed time.
Now I'm confused, what's best before food or on an empty stomach
For the record I'm also taking finesteride, RR and D3 at the same time.
