I can tell you something that worked for me but I am very hesitant about recommending it to others and I will explain why.
I used a product that was manufactured to increase breast and butt size. The active ingredient was Voluflline or something like that.
IIRC, it increases the size of any fat cells to which you apply it.
So, I got the brilliant idea of using it on my lips. It worked. It worked so well that my lips were bigger on the inside too.
I was constantly biting my lip (on the inside). It was driving me crazy. Eating was a problem. I prayed that my lips would shrink back to normal.
It took several months before my lips finally shrunk down enough that biting them was no longer a problem.
Now, even after several years, my lips have kept some of the fullness, never returning to their original thinness.
My mistake was putting on too much cream, but the worst part was that I let it get in my mouth, on the inside of my lips.
That caused them to protrude inside my mouth and lead to the biting.
I doubt that I will ever do it again but if I did, I would do it with very small, well controlled doses, maybe using a Q-tip, keep my lips closed (unlike putting on lipstick) and keep the cream from getting in between my lips (as, once it is there, it creeps inside the mouth). Basically, small doses at the very outer edge of the lips, away from the corners of the mouth and away from where the lips meet. Let it soak in for a couple of minutes and then tissue it away.
I would not dare let it get into the moist tissue in my mouth.
I would do multiple thin applications, over days, rather than the one thick one that I did before.
Do this at your own risk. You have been warned. I take no responsibility for any adverse effects, what-so-ever.
