Near the end of it, I went absolutely nuts on noogling, hitting record of 130 hours within thirty days, averaging at around 90-120 hours and did it work! You should check out my noolge guide thread about the details (I think you have already read it?). The thing about moderate pressure, sessions frequency first, time second, water in the cups and never overdoing pressure seemed to truly work magic.
Anyway, the thing that did it the best I think was to have such frequency of sessions that the swelling almost never goes completely down and then staying super consistent. This I think was more important than total hours done, but both play a role. I really went hardcore with it, it als oresulted into long lasting discolouration which now finally is healing and fading away but took a long time to vanish. This can be mostly avoided by never doing too high pressure, optimal or even a bit below is best. Pushing up frequency with many short sessions and then adding in more hours when possible is crucial.
