I bought the Carlyle brand of PM on Amazon. IIRC, mine was 1000 mg per capsule. There was a recent post talking about PM brands and I'd shared my experience there. I had been taking the Carlyle capsules before and I hadn't gotten any results. Now that could have been because I was just starting out and it takes some time. Anyway, I bought the Ainterol PM (loose powder instead of capsules) and started using that. I don't recall exactly how long it took but I think it was probably 2-3 weeks after starting the Ainterol PM when I felt breast buds starting. A month or so ago I was going on vacation and because capsules would be much more convenient to take along, I took the Carlyle capsules along and used them while I was away. By the end of the vacation, the tenderness behind my nipples was mostly gone. I couldn't be sure what was going on but when I got back home, I started taking the Ainterol PM again and within a few days the tenderness was back again.
I can't say that the Carlyle PM doesn't work but my experience felt like it maybe doesn't contain the amount of PM that they claim. I'll be buying the Ainterol capsules for the times when I need to switch to capsules. It's not cheap but the results have convinced me that there is a difference. The loose powder is a lot cheaper per dose than the capsules so I plan to use that primarily but the capsules are way more convenient.
