No I don't take long breaks as I didn't want to loose what I had gained. At the most was 3 weeks off at a time. PM worked at first, budded and got AA breasts but then no more. I do use creams Biolabsl 2.5 and 5.0 also Ainterol breast cream and Smokey mountain preg. My temperature is normal 98.6 spot on so was thinking of taking a break from PM and try BO in a month or so. I miss the feeling when they were budding painful but good if you know what I mean. My problem is I'm kind of conservative and don't over do it so I'm probably not taking enough

My breaks were much longer, up to 3 or even 5 months. Personally, I like to do everything slowly and gradually in life, including with NBE
I am very careful with NBE, because elements and compounds are introduced into the body that can cause various reactions. And here we are talking about hormones that were not dominant in most cases. I personally have high blood pressure and am on therapy. I often controlled my pressure and PM did not affect its value. On the other hand, in some cases, the body's resistance can also appear, so what helped in the beginning no longer helps in the future. Every body is different and reacts differently. I think that after each cycle, the body needs rest and cleansing to be able to continue, even at the cost of losing certain gains. In any case, it is compensated during the next cycle, as it used to be with me. There were losses in size, but they were small losses and the effort was not undone. This is my personal opinion and my way of approaching NBE. I am not equipped with medical knowledge, because I came to the answer with my own experience and of course the experiences of others. Also, this forum is a great source of information. I have been here for more than two years and every now and then I find out something new and learn something new.

If I were you, I wouldn't dismiss the PM yet. Also, your suggestion to take a break for a month and start you with BO is not bad. In any case, you can always come back to PM after a while. I still have a supply of PM too, so I'll be back to him again
