@Melissa24 It's still too early to say which therapy was the best for me, because I just started with BO and should him given a chance. All three therapies gave me results. For now PM leads. He has been hanging out with him the most so far, and of course time is on his side. I also gradually introduced PM. I started with one capsule and ended up with three. So, I was consuming a maximum of 1500 mg of PM. I keep statistics. Here in a nutshell...
I used FG for five months and gained 2.8 cm from it.
Then, after a little more than a month's break, I started with PM. I used it for exactly three cycles. Each cycle lasted three months. The break between cycles was about 5 months. So, in a year and a half, I was at PM for 9 months, and about 10 months off. I used PM in combination with RR and vitamin D. Overall gain from PM is 8.2 cm (3.23 inches).
For now BO is giving the same results, the breasts are growing, and the pace is at the PM level or slightly weaker. When I finish this cycle with BO, then I will be able to compare the two more realistically.
