I have been playing with my nipples for about 2 years now trying to get a nipple orgasm.  The nipple play is pretty nice without the nipple orgasm.  I am not able to use most herbs due to side effects.  In the past very weeks my nipples and area around/under the nipples have been mildly aching for a few seconds (maybe as long as 5-10 seconds).  The feeling generally occurs randomly, but I noticed that when I am thinking about sexual stuff or looking at porn the nipples develop this aching.  The aching feels pretty interesting and sort of sexy.  Anyone tell me what's going on or what it may mean?  My nipples have gotten more sensitive during this 2 year period and the sexual arousal has increased.  I have been keeping track of the breast size and nipple dimensions and nothing has changed. The tissue under the breast area seems to have some very small "solid" structures developing, but nothing like budding as described by other people.
