Finasteride did affect the quality of my erections... much softer.
However, it did not reduce the frequency of my sexual thoughts and fantasies, nor my interest in cross dressing, nor my daily masturbation.
Now, I cannot enjoy dressing, do not find myself fantasizing and have no interest in masturbation. Basically, I am non-sexual now. Maybe that will change.
Did your TV friend stop taking Estrogen? Did they ever start dressing again? Are they back to "normal"?
