I think I’ve read every post on PC and I’m still not clear - does it help or hurt breast growth?

Some folks say it works, but I’ve seen conflicting stuff, like it increases DHT, or competes with estrogen receptors.

What’s the consensus?

Good question. I'm curious too.
Currently I'm using progesterone cream twice a week.
