1. Is it when you permanently lose the ability to get erections?
Or
2. Is it when you permanently lose the ability to produce viable sperm?
Or
3. Is it when aromatase permanently takes over and converts all your testosterone to estrogen even after quitting BO?
Or some combination of the three? Or is it something else? I’ve read a few anecdotes here, but nothing definitive. Thank you!
