I've also been looking more into essential amino acids, in particular Tyrosine, Ornithine, I'm already taking Arginine.

Tried a little today just to see. About a green pea on each side. Made them a bit sore for several hours but that's about it. Wasn't really expecting any thing.

I have measured. My underbuss went down .5 inch to 52 and my bust is a bit odd. It seems to bounce between 55 and 55.5 lol so some progression on the weight loss in that area. Scale seems to say otherwise. All thoes damn xmas party's lol. Time to get back on the waggon
