I study medicine for fun so that was a really interesting thread I wish more medical practitioners would see herbs as viable options for treatment example being I'm immunocompromised and IVIG was a nightmare and mostly ineffective but I swapped it for kratom and I'm not sick all the time. I do recall several reddit threads saying kratom does tank T so it's possible I was already lowering it unintentionally.
