I haven't had much luck with pumping over the years.  I also don't do it frequently enough.  Hard to find private time to do it at home.  I'm currently geographically separated from my family for work reasons, which gives me much more private time.  I need to make a written schedule and stick to it for pumping.  I have my wife's Medela breast pump here as well.  Used it for the first time today.  Ran it for about an hour this morning and had sore nipples all day.  Did 30 minutes this evening but ended up with no residual engorgement after removing the suction.  I have a 9 hour drive to get home, so I bought a t-shirt at a thrift shop and cut out holes for the pump tubes.  My plan is to try to pump with the Noogleberry on the road.  I like the feeling.  Not sure I'll get any results.  Supposedly some guys were getting great results in the early 2000s, if the Yahoo Groups were anything to go by.  You were on one of those groups, if I recall correctly.

I have seen great results from people on the Noogleberry forum. I too use a combination of noogle and milk pump. I never had growth as fast as now with pumping!
