I've read post's where members have used the powder from the capsules and made a home made creme out of them or there is the PM cremes from ainterol, may not be as strong as oral capsules but assuming your not allergic to PM they will be the next best thing.

I found this recipe online that I use for a PM serum/ointment:

1 tsp powered PM
5 tbsp of olive oil
1 glass jar

Mix them and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of three says before use

I use this after I shower, I apply some to each breast and gently massage for 5 minutes, pat dry after
