I was thinking perhaps it would be a good idea to "dip my toes" in this by trying Fenugreek first?
I'm a bit confused about it though as the information about it is contradictory in research, although some users here are swearing by it.
Is there a specific type of Fenugreek that I should look for? Pills or oil for topical application?
Is it necessary to associate it with something else like Saw Palmetto?

Also note that I have high-blood pressure, hence why I'm cautious about PM.

I tried fenugreek myself years ago, before i could afford buying PM internationally, so i had to rely on  a cheaper choice which was also available simply through Amazon. At the time i used Nature's Way Fenugreek pills (i guess they were 610 mg each?) and took as much as 6 a day. I was also using it with Saw Palmetto as an antiandrogen to boost  the effect of FG.

But i wasn't really consistent at that time since swalloing like 9 different pills  a day was very annyoing (i was also taking a couple more things), so i'm not sure how much effect it really had. But anyways, i think it gave me a bit of headstart in breast growth: i already  had a bit gynecomastia  since puberty  but this kinda made my areolas a bit more  wide  and maybe the chest not entirely flat.

I would say  Fenugreek does kinda work, but it is also less strong  than Pueraria Mirifica. It doesn't have side effects if i recall correctly, so  it shouldn't affect your  libido or your ability to get erect (if that is important to you). The only thing i noticed was changed body odor from the armpits (could smell the fenugreek in there)  and a bit more sensitivity compared to nothing on  the chest  and areolas. This was much  before than joining this forum so i really didn't take measurements at the time to at least give some numbers about it. Also my information about NBE was more limited before entering this gold mine that  is this forum.

About Saw Palmetto  the research are a bit ambiguous, there are some claims it might have an effect suppressing DHT (and that's why it is used in some supplements for prostate health) while others can't back up its effect at all. To be honest i could never tell if it was doing something, it was super exciting the day i bought  it on Amazon as a teen, but when i switched to Reishi after joining this forum i felt like this could actually work.

In fact i suggest  trying Reishi mushroom (either capsules or powder) and see how they work out, it suppresses DHT so things like excessive body hair, maybe slowing hair loss and reduce prostate enlargement problems. It should in theory also boost the immune system, but i honestly only cared about its antiandrogens property. I suggest you looking at Lotus's "Project X" thread to find which brand should be the best one. I can't exactly remember which page of the thread it was so i might need you to remind me later to find it. 

I'd say to not waste time (and money) on Saw Palmetto and try directly Reishi mushroooms, only thing you have to be careful is chosing the correct one, since you have to look up for the amount of polyccharides and beta glucans (the more the better).
Fenugreek is a good start btw, only be careful if you have diabetes, not sure if this supplement touched sugar levels, i could be mistaking it for another one maybe. Also, regarding capsules or oil, idk. I went with capsules but had to swallow like 6 in a day, don't reccomend them too much. With the oil you could use it for the massages on the breasts, but i have no idea how to choose a correct oil.

Gotya, I'll go for Reishi mushrooms rather than Saw Palmetto. I checked Examine.com and it does seem to be a better choice all around with potentially many benefits.
I'm browsing through the Project X thread but have trouble finding information about brands/things to look for in a Reishi supplement though   I'll continue looking, but if you know where to find this info, that would be of great help (needs to be available in Europe).
