Hello, 

New member here. I've been interested in breast growth for a few years, but just found out about this useful forum. I've been reading for the past hour and found variation of the same question but without clear answers, and by far no consensus. So I'd like to give it another try.

What can one do if they want to grow bigger breast, without any other changes in their body (without surgery)?
I've always wanted bigger breast/tits/moobs, but I never went for hormones as I wish to remain male. I would especially hate to lose muscles or any type of girth and libido. For me, it's strictly about getting bigger.

Is there any recommended way to achieve this?

For example, creams for local application and effects? (if so, which substance / product would you recommend?)
Or doing PM or something else but for shorter times? (if so, how long? When to stop?)
Or actually going for testosterone? (more muscles + some t aromatized to estrogen) 
I already exercise a lot and eat quite a bit in surplus, so my build is "stocky" and muscular.

I don't think it is possible to grow breasts without having other side effects of feminization.  Personally, I do a ton of massage, pumping, and topical application of herbals like fenugreek, fennel, and PM.  I also cycle  on/off saw palmetto and white peony.  As soon as I start to notice loss of libido, I stop taking everything until I feel 'normal' again.  Even with being conservative with what I take, I have noticed less body hair, muscle loss, and more fat on my chest, butt and hips.
