Well, I don't deal with transgender issues anymore, just normal human issues. As to the breasts... I don't think there's a huge change compared to the last pic here. There is more volume maybe and on the other hand they're more saggy I'd say. And that's despite I've reintroduced some NBE tricks, without those they would be quite pitiful I believe.
Being on estradiol, MSM, coconut oil and oil/aloe vera massage all the time I've gradually returned to PM powder, PM cream for massage, progesterone cream and even Supple Cups and Noogleberry. Cups are easy to use, but using Noogle is quite laborious so I'm slacking with that.
