Hi, I take Tadalafil 5mg daily, my GP put me on these because as you get older it works better also as we age sex is not always on tap and cannot always be planned so if and when the opportunity arises then it is in your system.
I take it Monday to Friday and stop Saturday and Sunday, the tablet stays in your system for at least 36 hours.
