Hi forum,

unfortunately, I get a heavily bloated stomach, every time my intake
gets higher than 500mg of PM per day, for example 500mg in the morning
and 500mg in the evening, leading to a fretful night.

My question ist, whether it is possible to get similar results using
PM as creme/spray for example ainterols X-R1 or the new 69DAYS spray?

Would like to equal
1000-1500mg PM per day without any oral intake.
