Lactation and the Transsexual woman

#2

Question on what to do about the MTF HRT regimen, when starting to try to induce lactation...

My normal regimen, for about 6 months now is 5 mg/week of EEn and 200 mg/day rectal Progesterone.

When I started Domperidone 7 weeks ago, I read a few posts on Reddit about not using Progesterone and reducing E injections, so as to induce lactation, so I then changed my regimen to 4 mg/week EEn and no Progesterone.  I also started taking 10 mg/day of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate, a progestin, as supposedly that doesn't interfere with lactation.

I ramped up my Domperidone to 30 mg three times daily, and have been on that amount the remainder of the time.  I also added 2400 mg Sunflower Lecithin twice daily to help unclog milk ducts.

I was able to express a few small drops of whitish fluid from both nipples during week two, that stopped until week 5, then it seems I can get a few small drops of white fluid (guessing milk) from right nipple, and whitish fluid from left nipple.  That's where I am so far, and have a post with pictures detailing my experiences.

Any other thoughts on modification of my MTF HRT regimen?

Thanks!
