Maybe I am reading you story incorrectly, but it seems to me (sorry if this is wrong) that you are in a rush.  One of the things that you could learn from reading "stories" and "programs" on this site is a couple of things: 1) go slow and do not rush; 2) listen to your body when taking herbs, there are side effects that can be dangerous; 3) some people recommend taking only one or two herbs to begin with and give them time to work; 4) Lotus has an excellent write up as to the "science" behind NBE, read his work and people's response to his suggestions; 5) be very careful with your health, blood pressure and blood clots are an issue.  There are many more things to consider, but it would take pages and pages of explanation.  Some more experienced people on this site probably will have better suggestions.  As far as plumbing continuing to work, BO is not going to get you there if I understand the BO threads correctly.  Relax, take your time. As one person points out, this is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck.
